On June 20, a group of Registered Apprentices gathered at Clark Farms in Matunuck, RI. Emily Crudale and her team showed us a variety of planters, window boxes, urns, and other containers she’s been working on. In addition to design considerations such as size, shape, color, textural balance, and similar, Emily also discussed planting with vegetables and herbs, perennials, and evergreens in addition to the more typical annual selections one typically sees.
