Mason Billings
Program Associate and Resources Coordinator
Mason’s role is to help remove the barriers to success for workers in our industry. Mason supports individuals training with us or working for member companies through individual case management and direct referrals for a variety of personal or work-related needs. He also supports employers with employee retention and wellness by assisting them with creating healthy workplace cultures and policies. Mason has worked in human services for the past 12 years, has a love for nature, and a passion for climate justice and social responsibility. He holds a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts.
Jordan Miller, Ph.D.
Director of Education and Training
Jordan oversees all of the Growing Futures education and training programs. You’re most likely to interact with him through the RICH Program or the Growing Futures Career Catalyst. He has worked in the horticulture industry in a variety of roles since 2004, mostly in fine gardening. He also holds a Ph.D. in the interdisciplinary humanities and has published a number of books as author and editor in that field.
Christie Milligan
Director of Workforce Programs
Christie manages the Registered Apprenticeship program and works with RINLA employers on workforce development. This includes working with employers on our job fairs and the Job Board. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science and has been a fine gardener since 2016. Christie is a plant and bug enthusiast.
