Christie Milligan
Director of Education and Workforce Programs

Christie oversees all of the Growing Futures education and training programs and manages the Registered Apprenticeship program. She also works with RINLA employers on workforce development. This includes working with employers on our job fairs and the Job Board. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science and has been a fine gardener since 2016. Christie is a plant and bug enthusiast.
